Duties:

• Collaborate with inventors, researchers, and legal teams to gather pertinent information for patent applications.
• Draft and prepare high-quality patent applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with patent examiners and attorneys during the patent prosecution process.
• Stay updated on current developments in biotech, molecular biology, and related fields to enhance patent expertise.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding patent strategies, infringement matters, and portfolio management.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology.
• Strong academic credentials with a focus on biotech-related subjects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preferably in molecular biology, immunology, immunooncology, genetics, or agricultural biotechnology.
• Knowledge of patent laws and regulations relevant to biotech technology.

Education:

• Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology.

Certifications:

• Patent Agent registration (preferred).
