Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases.
• Provide legal representation to insurance carrier clients.
• Maintain and organize their own case files.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy.
• Ensure excellent client service throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• 1-8 years of experience
• Strong understanding of Florida civil and procedural law.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
