This role involves representing clients in criminal cases through all phases of litigation, from investigation through to appeal.

Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal court cases, managing all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to individual cases.
• Research and analyze legal issues, laws, and regulations pertinent to each case.
• Draft and file legal documents such as lawsuits, appeals, and legal briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in legal disputes.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and staff.
• Maintain organization in all practice areas, ensuring timely and accurate case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
• Proven experience in criminal law with a successful track record of case management and courtroom advocacy.
• Minimum of 5 years of criminal defense experience.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
