• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Represent clients in meetings and negotiations, effectively advocating for their interests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law or a related field.
• Valid Bar license in the state of Indiana.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in Indiana.
