Duties

• Handle family law matters including divorce, child custody, and support.
• Manage equitable distribution and protection from abuse cases.
• Conduct negotiations and settlement conferences.
• Represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Provide client counseling and develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in family law and/or substantial litigation.
• Comfortable with court appearances and managing active caseloads.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Effective communication with clients in sensitive matters.
• Organized, professional, and capable of independent work.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
