Duties

• Support complex intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters.
• Assist with patent application drafting and transactional patent matters.
• Collaborate with international teams to provide comprehensive IP solutions.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in patent matters, preferably focused on patent disputes.
• Texas Bar qualification or eligibility to waive into the Texas Bar.
• Engineering background essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to waive in.
