Duties

• Appear in court, both in person and virtually, for collections cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy.
• Work with a team of non-attorneys supporting the litigation practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team leads on case management and business development.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Georgia bar license; additional state licenses are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
