Duties

• Draft and review legal documents including Summons, Complaints, and Settlement Agreements.
• Prepare and file litigation motions and responses as needed.
• Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits.
• Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate court coverage and ensure all necessary documents are prepared for attorney appearances.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
• Additional licensing in other states is welcomed.
• Ability to appear in court consistently and punctually using personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel, with reimbursement for approved expenses.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Georgia.
