Duties

• Manage and prepare litigation docket for trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto accident personal injury cases (3-4 years considered for exceptional candidates).
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong litigation experience, including depositions and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong case management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
