Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled associate with a minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its expanding practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will possess substantive knowledge of antitrust law and strong writing skills, joining the 3rd to 7th year associate class.

Duties

• Assist in navigating antitrust regimes and securing merger approvals.
• Support in resolving or defeating challenges from litigants and enforcement bodies.
• Engage in high-stakes enforcement and litigation actions.
• Participate in defending clients against government investigations and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
