Duties: Set up files in case management system. Use court system websites to identify new filings and update system with appropriate flags. Access bankruptcy trustee websites to identify and research payments to trustee. Monitor attorney performance by reviewing all proceedings and timeframes when working through system/database activities. Audit all bankruptcy accounts for payment compliance and ensures proper application to system of record. Review and process invoices from attorney firms in accordance with investor guidelines. Manage exception and workflow reports used to minimize risk and to increase process efficiency.
