Office Manager

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or another relevant compatible curriculum. Should have 3+ years of related work experience with comparable scope and responsibility, preferably in a law firm or other professional service environment, including previous supervisory experience or a combination of the above. Should have strong leadership abilities, people and project management skills, and an ability to identify and implement creative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations, systems, and procedures. Should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel reports and documents. Should have demonstrated excellent client service, by responding to questions received from partners and employees on a timely and accurate basis. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop and communicate status.
