A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have four to ten years of experience in litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work. Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Engage in trial work and manage case responsibilities.
• Work closely with clients, conducting investigations and developing strategies.
• Participate in high-impact cases involving constitutional and statutory law.

Requirements

• Four to ten years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in labor and employment law, public sector law, or appeals is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Commitment to public interest legal practice is highly desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
