Duties

• Draft case management orders and attend court appearances.
• Organize and analyze case information, providing reports to carriers.
• Propound and respond to written discovery, draft law and motion documents.
• Coordinate with clients and experts, attend site inspections.
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
• Prepare for all phases of trial, with opportunities for first and second-chair experience.
• Draft various motions, including summary judgment and pre-trial motions.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
