Job Overview:

The Senior Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and transactional support to clients in the healthcare sector, with a particular emphasis on private equity funds and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions and a strong background in private equity. Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is considered a plus.

Duties:
