Accounts Payable Accountant
The candidate will review and enter expenses, check requests for all Florida offices into Aderant, ensuring that appropriate backup is included and obtaining approval as appropriate. Enter weekly client/matter invoices and daily on-demand checks into Aderant for all Florida offices; maintain backup and mail invoice checks. Print daily schedules for all offices. Obtain necessary approvals and backup for firm credit card charges for all Florida offices; enter charges into Chrome River for payment. Enter all Florida offices’ operating and indirect expenses into Aderant for review and printing of checks. An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or university (preferably with a degree in accounting) plus 1+ years of accounting experience; or 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in a legal environment and with Aderant Expert software is preferred.
