Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
• Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Familiarity with franchise-related transactions is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
