Paralegal - EL/PL

Profile

Due to expansion of business, we are currently looking to attract paralegals to join our Clyde & Co Casualty team in our Birmingham office.
The role involves handling a mixture of casualty claims including employers' liability, public liability and potentially some claims on behalf of our public sector clients. Day to day duties include full case handling from start to finish covering assessing liability and quantum, drafting court documents, obtaining witness statements alongside standard file handling duties.
We are interested in a Paralegal that has experience in managing a caseload of EL/PL claims alongside handling cases through to trial. It is essential that the successful Paralegal has a genuine interest and enthusiasm for personal injury claims as the Casualty team work to a very high standard. Excellent communication skills are essential alongside strong negotiation skills.
