Duties

• Conduct legal research and prepare guidance on federal and state healthcare laws.
• Assist with regulatory analyses related to healthcare transactions and operations.
• Support healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and review healthcare agreements and conduct due diligence.
• Advise on clinical research and academic medicine compliance.
• Counsel on the use and commercialization of healthcare data.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience or strong interest in healthcare law or life sciences.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
