A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel Attorney in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in construction and commercial litigation. Duties

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Advise clients on legal rights and develop litigation strategies.
• Gather evidence and conduct research for case preparation.
• Prepare legal briefs and develop case strategies and arguments.
• Engage and prepare experts for depositions and trials.
• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of legal or private practice experience.
• Licensed to practice in WA State; Idaho license is a plus.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to bill at least 1800 hours annually.
• Book of business preferred but not required.

Education

• Law Degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in WA State.
