Duties

• Manage corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide general corporate advice and counsel.
• Lead and manage projects, negotiating deal terms.
• Draft and review corporate agreements and resolutions.
• Advise on equity incentive plans and securities law compliance.

Requirements

• Five plus years of transactional experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactional deals.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with corporate structuring and entity formation.
• Familiarity with tax, employment, and intellectual property issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
