A law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Associate for their Phoenix, AZ office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Duties

• Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters.
• Handle issues related to mortgage lending, consumer finance, and commercial finance.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies for alternative lending products.
• Collaborate with clients on state licensing and product development.
• Engage in bank partnership models and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Experience with FinTech products and structures.
• Knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations.
• Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
