Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support case strategies.
• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Maintain effective communication with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
