Duties

• Take depositions, attend hearings, and mediations as required.
• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Draft interrogatories and document demands.
• Review document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Submit filings to the court.

Requirements

• Admission to practice in NY and CT is required.
• Commercial litigation experience is required.
• Asbestos/toxic tort experience is ideal.
• Courtroom experience, including motions, is required.
• Trial experience is required.

Education

• J.D./LLM

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
