The ideal candidate will have a class-year appropriate understanding of tax law and experience in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, and real estate matters.

Duties

• Conduct research and write on technical aspects of tax law.
• Engage in strategic and private equity M&A transactions.
• Participate in capital markets activities, including spin-offs and IPOs.
• Assist in investment fund formation and real estate matters.
• Interact directly with clients and participate in public speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Experience with strategic and private equity M&A transactions.
• Familiarity with capital markets and investment fund formation.
• Outstanding oral communication and analytical skills.
• Top academic credentials.
• Ability to think creatively about complex problems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
