Duties

• Engage in patent infringement litigation in district court and Federal Circuit appeals.
• Participate in PTAB proceedings and tech transactions.
• Handle patent-adjacent work, including antitrust and trade secret cases.
• Contribute to strategizing, briefing, depositions, and trial processes.
• Maintain considerable client contact.
• Travel as necessary to meet client needs across the country.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Strong understanding of patent laws.
• Proven litigation and writing skills.
• Technical degree or work experience preferred.
• Admission to CA Bar preferred.
• Patent Office registration is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.

Certifications
