Director, Privacy Program Management
Responsibilities: Ensure the assigned Corporate Functions execute and maintain a privacy program, which includes appropriate privacy controls to meet the requirements of the Global Privacy Program, and applicable laws and regulations, related to the specific Function’s processing of personal information. Implement and/or maintain foundational program components and controls, including Data Mapping Inventories (an inventory that identifies all business processes, data assets and third parties, where personal information is processed) and Privacy Impact Assessments for new and revised processing activities. Ensure the Corporate Functions have updated procedures ensure privacy events, incidents or breaches are managed in accordance with the Global Privacy Program, local laws and regulations. Report on privacy program metrics (e.g., incidents, risk events relating to privacy and key risk indicators occurring within the Corporate Functions) and follow up to ensure the timely resolution of privacy issues and action plans . Execute training and awareness programs to ensure employees have a fundamental understanding of privacy policies and requirements, including targeted training for employees that process or are exposed to personal information . Provide periodic updates to senior leaders and Risk Committees as to the state of the privacy program within the assigned Corporate Functions. Participate in continued privacy education.
