A law firm seeks a Learning and Development Attorney in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the professional growth of attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff. The position requires expertise in personal injury litigation, instructional design, and attorney development to create impactful learning initiatives.

Duties

• Develop and implement attorney and staff learning programs.
• Design onboarding, CLE, and leadership training initiatives.
• Create curriculum focused on personal injury litigation and trial preparation.
• Develop innovative learning experiences, including workshops and e-learning.
• Ensure training content reflects current Texas personal injury law.
• Facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid training programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with firm leadership to identify development needs.
• Monitor emerging trends in personal injury law and integrate into training.
• Manage program logistics and participant engagement.
• Coordinate CLE-accredited training programs.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active Texas law license.
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or legal training.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation and trial preparation.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and legal technology.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active Texas law license
