Duties

• Draft and review estate planning documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax planning and asset protection.
• Negotiate and draft business contracts and agreements.
• Communicate complex legal concepts to clients in an understandable manner.
• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by developing templates and best practices.
• Participate in business development activities, such as client seminars and networking events.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• 2-3 years of experience in estate planning and business transactional matters.
• Proficiency in document drafting and contract negotiation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and ethical standards.

Education
