A law firm seeks an experienced attorney in Pearland, TX, to join their team in a strategic relationship. This role is ideal for a Texas-licensed attorney interested in merging an existing practice or forming a joint venture within a supportive, growth-oriented firm.

Duties

• Manage and expand an existing caseload under the firm platform.
• Handle litigation, hearings, mediations, and court appearances in Harris County and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate on firm strategy, branding, and practice growth.
• Maintain direct client relationships with a high standard of service.
• Contribute to business development and cross-practice referrals.

Requirements

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of Texas practice experience; Houston-area experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in family law, personal injury, or probate and estate matters.
• Existing client base or active matters strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong professional judgment.
• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and legal-writing skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
