Duties:

• Handle all aspects of probate estate and guardianship administration

• Draft and file necessary court documents and pleadings

• Coordinate with clients, courts, and related agencies

• Supervise and work closely with experienced probate paralegals

• Ensure deadlines and legal compliance in probate/guardianship matters

• Maintain accurate and organized client files

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate and guardianship law

• Strong understanding of Florida probate rules and guardianship procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and professional demeanor

• Ability to manage caseload efficiently without litigation responsibilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
