Profile
Flushing office of our client seeks attorney with preferably trial experience. The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will represent clients in courts or before government agencies such as U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS"). Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as complaints, memos, legal research writing. Advise clients on business, legal transactions and trademark registrations. Negotiate settlements on civil legal disputes, plea-bargain with the District Attorneys' offices. Assist clients in complying with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and/or managerial functions related to the practice of law. Familiarity with various legal documents is essential. Chinese bilingual is preferred. Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
