Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for the Wealth Planning and Estate Administration Practice Group in our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of legal experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration. The position will join a team focused on estate planning, including health care documents, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, as well as sophisticated estate planning techniques, business succession planning, inheritance and estate tax planning, and related tax return preparation. Candidates with an LLM are preferred. Additionally, candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication and problem-solving skills. Relocation support is available for highly qualified candidates.
