Duties

• Assist in navigating antitrust regimes and securing merger approvals.
• Support in resolving challenges from litigants and enforcement bodies.
• Participate in defending clients in competition and trade-related litigation.
• Engage in government investigations and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
