Location

Duties

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters in federal courts

• Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and pleadings

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy

• Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with attorneys across various offices

• Interpret and communicate technical subject matter in legal context

• Engage in client-facing communications and updates

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience with Federal Circuit litigation is advantageous

• Proven ability to work on complex legal issues independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Demonstrated motivation, drive, and collaborative work style

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• High academic achievement preferred

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills

• Advanced legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
