Senior Director of Privacy
Duties: Build, lead, manage and provide strategic guidance for Company’s Global Privacy Program. Drive high-profile and high-impact projects involving privacy analysis and compliance with stakeholders across multiple Company organizations. Manage processor and controller compliance with multiple sets of privacy laws and regulations, with an emphasis on those applicable to the US, EU and member states, UK and other European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Argentina and Japan. Work with Company’s Product teams to identify and help design feature / functionality to assist Company customers with their own privacy obligations. Work with Company’s Security and other teams in designing and implementing incident response plans for potential privacy or data security incidents, including risk assessment and mitigation approaches, investigations, notifications, and other resolution efforts. Draft and review a variety of privacy-related agreements. Work with the Company Compliance team on Data Privacy Impact Assessment (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIAs). Proactively monitor and review privacy trends in data protection and privacy laws and regulations, and anticipate, develop and implement strategies to enable Company to advance its mission. Keep Company at the forefront of the evolving regulatory landscape, and help create a thought leadership presence for Company with respect to privacy practices in the identity management sector.
