Duties

• File petitions and draft legal pleadings

• Handle written discovery and depositions

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials

• Supervise assigned case staff and support personnel

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases, including auto accidents and premises liability

• Negotiate settlements and drive cases toward resolution

• Ensure all documentation complies with firm and legal standards

• Maintain regular client communication and case updates

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred

• Ability to manage litigation independently

• Proven courtroom and deposition experience

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Ability to lead and delegate effectively

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing
