Legal Secretary/Assistant

The candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience working as a Legal Secretary/Assistant. Experience working with two or more Attorneys. Experience in Insurance Defense is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Knowledge of online court filings (in both state and federal court) pursuant to Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Knowledge of calendaring court deadlines. Candidate must be organized and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work independently. Ability to work with 2 or more Attorneys Knowledge in Civil Litigation; Insurance Defense a plus, Knowledge to E-File in both State and Federal courts, Knowledge of using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Calendaring, Excellent oral and written communication skills.
