Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong background in representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes.
• Proficiency in pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances is preferred.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
