Duties

• Develop policies and conduct compliance training.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of labor law and employment litigation experience.
• Experience in California state and federal courts.
• Familiarity with FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA, and California Labor Codes.
• Ability to appear in court and travel for litigation purposes.

Education

• Strong academic background.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California.
