Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate Attorney with substantial experience in various insurance coverage lines. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of litigation expertise and a keen interest in marketing and thought leadership.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters related to insurance coverage, including financial institutions, directors & officers liability, and professional liability.
• Handle cases in state and federal courts and/or private arbitration.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents and motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal briefs.
• Engage in marketing and thought leadership activities through publications and professional associations.

Requirements:

• 3 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience, is preferred.
• Experience with one or more insurance coverage lines such as financial institutions or management liability.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, or California.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
