Duties
Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders
Review closing documents for legal sufficiency and accuracy
Perform title reviews and address title curative issues as necessary
Maintain direct communication with clients, brokers, title companies, and lenders
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with Georgia real estate laws
Interact with clients in high-volume, high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of experience practicing residential real estate law
Experience conducting closings and reviewing title documents
Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently
High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
Capable of working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active member of the Georgia State Bar
Current Georgia Notary Public commission or ability to obtain before start date
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
Comfortable handling a high volume of closings daily
Title review and curative experience
