Public Finance Associate
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience. Should have a strong transaction background with excellent writing ability, experience working on complex, multi-party transactions, and experience or interest in public finance. Experience with public finance transactions and securities laws is a plus. General real estate or corporate law practitioners will also be considered. Active Bar admission in UT is preferred.
