Marketing Coordinator

The candidate will create and execute marketing plans designed to increase awareness of Vorys eControl. Provide dedicated event support (including in-person events and webinars), including digital promotion, landing pages, collateral materials, and fulfilling marketing obligations for events the firm is sponsoring. Operate the vorysecontrol.com website, including editing and making blog posts and updating other various pages. Work with an external web developer to make more substantive changes. Prepare event presentations and coordinate with internal and external graphic support services. Vet and identify qualified prospective clients through quantitative and qualitative measures. Track prospects through various CRM systems (Hubspot Sales and InterAction). Report on a variety of marketing activities. Assist with other marketing and business development activities on an as-needed basis, including events, public relations, internal communication and other initiatives. Strong writing and editing skills, and attention to detail. Digital marketing experience, including the creation of marketing emails and landing pages. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, frequently changing environment. Ability to manage several deadline-specific projects with multiple requirements, priorities and contacts. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the firm. Superior project management skills. Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience required. Coursework concentration in marketing, sales, communications or English preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience in similar field required. Professional services marketing experience preferred. Hubspot experience or certification is preferred.
