Job Overview
A law firm seeks an attorney with three or more years of civil litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment department in Newport Beach, California. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class action litigation.

Duties

• Handle a variety of labor and employment legal matters.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and work independently on cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in employment litigation.
• Familiarity with FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, and other employment matters.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in California.
