Duties

• Manage client cases from initial intake to trial or settlement.
• Conduct pre-litigation and litigation work, including client and insurance communications.
• Handle court filings, appearances, discovery, mediation, hearings, and trials.
• Engage in networking to build community and business relationships.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Bar License.
• Experience in personal injury and/or workers compensation law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Maryland Bar License.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
