However, will consider candidates with a commercial or residential real estate background. Conduct title searches, review title reports. Preparation of deeds, affidavits and trust. Review and prepare commercial loan documents. Perform due diligence searches. Draft closing binders, checklists and closing documentation. Prepare corporate documents. Manage communication with clients.
