Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in large-scale product liability, pharmaceutical, toxic tort, and consumer safety cases.

• Participate in MDL proceedings, coordinated actions, and national litigation teams.

• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and work closely with expert witnesses.

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and support hearings and trial preparation.

• Handle client intake, communication, and coordination in high-volume environments.

• Assist in developing case strategy for bellwether trials and recurring litigation themes.

Requirements

• 1–10+ years of mass tort, product liability, or complex plaintiff litigation experience.

• Strong motion-practice, research, and written advocacy skills.

• Ability to evaluate scientific, medical, or technical evidence.

• Experience with MDLs or consolidated litigation is a strong advantage.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
