Duties

• Work diligently to ensure clients receive excellent care and results.
• Exhibit compassion and empathy, earning clients' trust and respect.
• Take ownership of files, advancing them toward resolution efficiently.
• Draft and answer discovery, and participate in trial and mediation preparation.
• Provide frequent case status updates to clients.
• Communicate daily with insurance companies and other lawyers regarding claims and litigation.
• Evaluate key elements of claims and lawsuits to advance clients' interests.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of legal experience, with personal injury and litigation preferred.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• Strong work ethic and excellent legal skills.
• Above-average oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak and/or read and write Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
