The candidate will be fielding new client intakes via incoming phone calls, drafting detailed client intake notes, aiding in the decision-making process for client retention, and ensuring client retention. Our law firm is fast-paced and busy. Handling other general administrative duties, including fielding incoming telephone calls/receptionist duties, assisting with requests for records, scanning and saving documents, and performing light administrative duties. Should have 1 year of experience on an intake team.
